License: Oregon License required; candidates with compact eligible license or those applying for an Oregon license must apply immediately upon acceptance of contract. Certifications: Pelvic Floor Training is a plus, but not required. Must-Have: Availability for a start date of November 2. Description: Both inpatient and outpatient settings are needed. The position supports a combination of outpatient and inpatient care, with the majority of the caseload being outpatient. Tuesday is a non-negotiable day off due to department space and scheduling needs. Please note that hours are not guaranteed during the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's.
