Job Posting: The Social Media Coordinator will support the Wrangler social media team to build and elevate the brand’s social media presence with a focus on developing engaging organic content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit, including original video content. This hands-on role will be responsible for executing the brand’s social media content strategy in collaboration with the social media, brand marketing, and ecommerce teams. They will support strategic social media plans and help bring them to life. The ideal candidate must be able to quickly ideate and produce creative, on-trend and opportunistic social media content leveraging the latest native social platform tools. They must be curious, collaborative, passionate about social media and culture, and be a natural problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Partners with Sr. Brand Media Manager and in-house and external creative teams to execute the Wrangler brand social content strategy Leads social media content development alongside other Social Media Coordinator, producing and coordinating videos, photoshoots, and other social content that is fresh, compelling, entertaining and engages key audiences Leads organic content development for collaborations across all social channels Oversees Wrangler Western social channels, managing relationships with agency and contractor partners to maintain posting cadence and develop content strategy Leads Wrangler’s organic Reddit strategy Assists with development, planning and implementation of social media campaigns and maintains organic social content calendar Assists with daily community management alongside other Social Media Coordinator Assists with all monthly, quarterly, annual, and campaign-based social media reporting Monitors industry updates and proactively identifies creative opportunities for the brand Leads organic social strategy, with a focus on engaging the community and identifying platform-first ways to optimize social selling Some travel required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent experience Has a demonstrated passion for social media marketing with 3-5 years of experience creating social media content Has experience managing social media platforms for professional use, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube Bonus: Experience with social media management and reporting platforms (i.e, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr, etc.) Possesses impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and juggle projects effectively; demonstrates resourcefulness and intellectual curiosity Demonstrates excellent communication skills and sharp writing skills Has an eye for visual aesthetics, including formatting and layout, and produces polished deliverables Bonus:
