Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Skilled Maintenance Worker:
Ensure production machinery and facility infrastructure operate safely and efficiently
Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and identify root causes of mechanical or operational issues
Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to reduce the risk of failures
Complete hands-on repairs and equipment adjustments as needed
Minimize production downtime by responding promptly to maintenance requests and equipment malfunctions
Inspect machinery and systems regularly to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards

Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
Proven experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or a related field
Strong working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision diagnostic and testing equipment
Ability to perform manual labor, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand, bend, or crouch for extended periods
