The Skilled Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and operating the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, custodial, and landscaping systems in and around the Police building. This role requires broad knowledge of multiple trades—including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, custodial services, and general building maintenance. The technician takes pride in keeping the facility safe, functional, and well-prepared for both employees and the public. Work includes ensuring equipment runs efficiently, completing daily maintenance tasks, and responding to assigned projects as needed.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: The starting hourly wage is $22.13 per hour and will increase to $23.02 per hour after 6 months of successful probation.
