Develop and maintain membership for Legacy’s Wellness Program Perform and document LiveFit services with residents following company policy and procedures under guidance of the Rehabilitation Director/Area Rehab Director Provide personal fitness through Legacy’s LiveFit program and complete required billing and documentation Deliver LiveFit treatment plans to improve health, fitness levels, and meet members’ fitness goals Provide group fitness and wellness services through the LiveFit Program Meet efficiency standards set by the company Participate in department and facility meetings Promote wellness, independence, and overall functionality among senior residents Identify goals and deliver tailored exercise plans for personal fitness and group sessions Assist with marketing the LiveFit program to increase membership Requirements High school graduate or GED equivalent Current personal training or group fitness certification from a nationally recognized and accredited organization (ACSM, NSCA, NASM, ACE, ISSA) is required Preferred 1+ year personal training or group fitness experience Previous experience with senior population desirable Customer service skills to deliver an exemplary experience CPR/AED Certification must be current Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and maintaining fitness programs tailored for senior residents, with a focus on personal training, group fitness, and wellness promotion.
