Structural Welders : $21–$22/hr
Pipe Welders : $24–$25/hr
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 50–60 hrs/week (OT required)
Occasional Saturdays (3–4 times/year)
We are seeking highly skilled Pipe and Structural Welders proficient in MIG, TIG, Fluxcore, or Stick welding .
Candidates must be able to pass a 6G pipe test and Destructive/Non-Destructive testing .
Weld pipe and structural steel (1" to 48")to ASME , API , and 100% X-Ray code standards
Perform welds in various positions on code materials
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints , including layout and fit-up
Cut and prep materials using flame/plasma torches , saws, grinders, and measuring tools
Operate shop equipment:
Iron worker
Overhead crane
Rigging gear
Pipe threading machine
Tube bending machine
Pneumatic hand tools
Assemble and fabricate components with minimal supervision
Promote a safety-first , productive work environment
Must be a team player with a positive attitude and willingness to improve processes
Must pass 6G Pipe Welding Test
Minimum 2–3 years of welding experience or completion of welding school
High school diploma or GED
Certified to weld on pipe or plate
Own welding hood and steel toe boots required (not provided)
Comfortable working in hot environments (fans only – no A/C)
Must be willing to work mandatory overtime (50–60 hours/week)
Frequently bend, squat, climb, stoop, twist, and reach
Lift up to 25 lbs frequently , and up to 50 lbs occasionally
