The Executive Recruiter is a working manager responsible for leading executive and highly specialized recruiting efforts across AIR Communities. This role partners closely with senior leaders and corporate business groups to deliver high quality talent for key roles, while also providing leadership and oversight to corporate recruiters and key talent programs.
This position balances hands on recruiting execution with people leadership and program ownership, serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders and a key contributor to AIR’s long term talent strategy.Where You Will Work
Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center . Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline.
AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support central administrative operations.
